With a continuously running clock do one Pull-Up the first minute, two Pull-Ups the second minute, three Pull-Ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

"Fight Gone Not Well"
3* rounds of:
Air Squat, max reps
Push-Up, max reps
Box Jump, max reps
Stationary Lunge, max reps
Burpees, max reps

*Beginners, Intermediates and Advanced athletes will do 3 rounds. Savages may do 5 rounds.
Explain "Fight Gone Not Well":
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. We've used this in 3 and 5 round versions.
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.

"Pull-Up Relay Race - Team Workout"
As many rounds as possible in 20 min of:
400m Run
Pull-Ups, max reps
Post total number of Pull-Ups per person/team.
Explain "Pull-Up Relay Race":
Do this workout with a partner, if you have one. Your partner is doing Pull-Ups while you are running. Their goal is to get as many Pull-Ups as possible during the time you are on your run. They must start their run when you get back. Then you try to get as many Pull-Ups as possible while they are running. This continues for 20 minutes.
At the beginning of each round, all athletes will do as many "real" Pull-Ups as possible, then switch to "Jumping" Pull-Ups if they have more time.
This workout can be scored as the two partners competing against eachother or against another team. Greatest number of total Pull-Ups wins.
MONDAY 090921

*Sorry for missing workouts, I have had a fever of ~101 for the past 48 hours.
I plan to rest up this weekend and we will hit it hard on Monday/Tuesday. I will continue to post workouts, so keeping checking in here. I know many of you may be traveling this Labor Day Weekend, so I will make the workouts "no equipment/bodyweight only".

We are going to meet at 5:45pm at Mission Bay Park for Nuno's (CrossFit SoCal) Running/Endurance workout.
Last week was a great interval running workout of 90 seconds of work and 90 seconds of rest. In addition, Nuno begins each class with a short introduction to the "pose" running technique.
