Meet at the Morley Field Pull-Up Bars @ 6pm.

5 rounds for time:

Pull-Ups, 10 reps
Run, 200m
Squats, 30 reps
Run, 200m

*Advanced Athletes: If you have a 20 lbs weight vest or body armor, wear it.
