Meet at the Morley Field Pull-Up Bars @ 6 PM.

Pull-Ups: 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2
Hand Stand Push-Ups: 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 (or Push-Ups: 5-10-15-20-25-20-15-10-5)
Squats: 10-20-30-40-50-40-30-20-10

Rest between sets as needed.
