Park Program WOD:
Meet at the Morley Field Pull-Up Bars @ 6pm.
Box Jumps and Push-Up Pyramid.
On the first minute do 1 Push-Up and 2 Box Jumps.
On the second minute do 2 Push-Ups and 4 Box Jumps.
On the third do 3 and 6, etc.... continue as long as you are able to still make the 1 minute rounds.

i think we made it to round 12/13 today.
it got too hard, to quickly at the end, i will have to play with the time intervals.
