Schedule of Classes

Find us on www.meetup.com to see our scheduled workouts a week in advance.

Time and location for the next Workout of the Day (WOD) will also be posted on the CrossFit Team Savage Home Page with the posted workout.

Our primary workout location is the Morley Field Sports Complex in the Balboa Park area of San Diego, CA.  We meet at the pull-up bars, behind the tennis courts, under the trees.

We are always trying to make our workout times and locations available to the greatest number of people - please send us an email or give us a call at 619-721-3627 and tell us what days of the week/times work best for you and we will try to accommodate your schedule.


ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Right now is an exciting and busy time for CrossFit Team Savage.

I have had great success growing our workout group through this website and Meetup.com.  However, I have become a victim of my own success and can no longer run CrossFit Team Savage on my own while still working my full time job.  As I look for business partners who wish to run CrossFit Team Savage with me, I will only update the workout blog with upcoming workouts.  We hope to continue to have workouts at least once a week.

Skill Day (Sign Up and Pay in Advance)
TBD - Saturdays

Beginner's Program (A New Beginner's Program starts the 1st Monday of every month - Sign Up and Pay in Advance):
6:15 pm - Monday, Tuesday, Friday

Group Workouts* (This is the group that pays our monthly membership fee and has full access to our weights and equipment):
6:30 pm - Monday, Tuesday, Friday

1-on-1 or Small Group Instruction:
By Appointment Only** - To schedule 1-on-1 or Small Group Instruction please see our Contact Us page.

 

*Please read our Fees Page to see the prerequisites for joining one of our Group Workouts.

**Your time is valuable, so is ours.  Please call 619-721-3627 (and leave a message) at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a private class, lesson or beginner's workout for a full refund.  Cancellation calls made between 24 and 12 hours get a 1/2 refund.
