Skill Day

As often as possible we will offer "Skill Day Workouts" to our athletes. We will most likely try to make Saturday mornings our Skill Days. That way we will not be restricted by time or daylight.

CrossFit Team Savage is happy we are able to lead free, bodyweight CrossFit Workouts during the week. However, there are many more fun and challenging exercises out there and much more to CrossFit than Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, Sit-Ups, etc.

Our Skill Days will follow this basic structure:

10-15 min Warm-Up
10-15 min New Skill* Instruction
20-40 min Workout using the new skill
5-10 min Cool Down and Stretch

*New Skill topics will vary between Medicine Ball, Olympic Lifting, Kettlebells, and other Weightlifting work.

There is a $10 fee to attend one of our Skill Day Workouts and Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The $10 fee goes towards maintaining our equipment and purchasing new equipment, the reservation is required to know how much equipment to bring. Please pay cash the day of the workout.
